The Indian National Overseas Congress launched its Gujarat chapter at an event at Vaibhav restaurant in Jersey City, NJ on April 18. A large number of Congress Party supporters showed their support at the event. Dr Jayesh Patel and Chandu Patel were elected as president and vice president respectively.
