The New York Consulates of India and Mexico hosted a joint event July 31 promoting business opportunities in both countries.
Indian Consul General Sandeep Chakravorty and Mexican Consul General Diego Gomez Pickering welcomed guests at the Indian Consulate in NY to an evening of business interaction and cultural extravaganza, presented by artists from both countries.
The keynote address was delivered by Parag Amin, founding director of iCreate. A panel discussion on investment opportunities in India, Mexico, and the US followed. The Indian side was represented by Alok Sonig, CEO of Reddy’s Laboratory and Rajiv Khanna, president of India-America Chamber of Commerce (IACC), which was also one of the event’s supporter. The panel discussion was moderated by Arindam Mukhopadhyay, managing director of Citibank.
The event concluded with a cocktail reception.
