The Sant Nirankari Mission in Atlanta and the Siddhivinayak Mandir hosted a 5K walk for cancer awareness. More than 100 families participated in the walk and also donating generously to the cancer fund of Children’s Hospital Cancer Center, Atlanta.
The “Walk for the Cure! Every Step Counts,” started at Newtown Park in Johns Creek at 12 noon, ending at 2.30 pm.
The Sant Nirankari Mission (Universal Brotherhood) considers itself a spiritual movement, focusing on efforts to unite mankind for the good of humanity. The mission believes in responsible living in society, and that equality should prevail within community life.
