Krishna Das performs at ChantLanta Music Festival 2019 in Atlanta, GA

Krishna Das, the American vocalist known for his performances of kirtan, performed at the 10th anniversary of ChantLanta 2019 in Atlanta, GA.

The soldout 2-day event was hosted at a Church and was promoted as a kirtan concert, featuring 7 bands and variety of sacred sound workshops.

American action-comedy ‘Stuber’ premieres at SXSW Film Festival in TX

A special screening of Stuber, a 2019 American action-comedy, was hosted at the SXSW Film Festival at the Paramount Theater in Austin, TX, on March 13.

The 9-day South by Southwest (SXSW) Film Festival celebrates raw innovation and emerging talent from both behind and in front of the camera.

Directed by Michael Dowse, Stuber stars Pakistani-American Kumail Nanjiani, Dave Bautista, Iko Uwais, Natalie Morales, Betty Gilpin, Jimmy Tatro, Mira Sorvino and Karen Gillan. Many of the cast and crew, including Nanjiani, attended the special screening. The movie revolves around an Uber driver who has a wild night when he picks up a cop who's hot on the trail of a killer.

The movie is scheduled to be released on July 12, 2019, by 20th Century Fox.
